01 / OVERVIEW
What it is.
AgenticVM grew out of the infrastructure needed to explore Garden. It gives an agent a virtual workspace with a desktop, files and a structured control interface. The platform manages virtual machines; Garden supplies the separate agent-network and replication research layer. Separate experiments explore Android and the enrollment of agents into a network of prepared virtual machines.
02 / PROJECT TIMELINE
From idea to evidence.
Recorded milestones show how this project developed. Dates describe documented events, not necessarily when the project began.
23 October 2026
Guest controls tested
Desktop guest controls and CLI/MCP checkpoints were recorded for Linux, Android and a prepared Windows guest.
26 October 2026
Beta plan and package
A settings and OS-library plan was documented, and version 0.4.0-beta.1 was packaged and tested locally.
LATEST RECORDED
Current stage
Local beta for the VM application. The separate replication experiment is not beta-ready; Windows enrollment, model quality and physical low-memory hardware remain unverified.
03 / EVIDENCE
What the records show.
The project records native VM scenarios, host tests and acceptance reports for particular versions and configurations.
04 / LIMITATIONS
What remains open.
Results are configuration-specific. The replication work is not beta-ready; Windows enrollment and model quality remain incomplete. Physical low-memory hardware has not been tested.
