Greenhouse

A controlled security lab for studying attacks, measurement and discovery.

01 / OVERVIEW

What it is.

Greenhouse combines deliberately vulnerable internal test hosts, a hardened corpus and a measurement framework. Its probing agent investigates reachable surfaces and records what the tests actually establish.

02 / PROJECT TIMELINE

From idea to evidence.

Recorded milestones show how this project developed. Dates describe documented events, not necessarily when the project began.

  1. 24 October 2026

    Research plan aligned

A documented alignment plan set out the controlled corpus, measurement gates and staged testing ladder.

  2. 25 October 2026

    Local workflow tested

A beta checkpoint recorded a clean-clone lab workflow and a local beta tag; it is not a claim of a public release.

  3. 25 October 2026

    Discovery pass and retest

A hardened synthetic corpus was tested; two unintended issues were recorded, fixed and retested.

  4. LATEST RECORDED

    Current stage

Research preview based on the recorded lab work. The corpus is synthetic, and some attack classes remain untested on the hardened tier.

03 / EVIDENCE

What the records show.

The project keeps run reports, checkpoints, controls and reviewer records. A 25 October 2026 discovery pass documented two unintended weaknesses in the hardened corpus and a retest after fixes.

04 / LIMITATIONS

What remains open.

The internal hosts contain declared weaknesses by design. The corpus is synthetic and does not represent every real business. Not every attack class has been tested against the hardened tier.
