Terms of service
These terms govern access to AblitAI’s prepaid model-inference API.
Pre-launch legal review item: insert the operator’s legal entity, governing law, and service address before accepting live payments.
Service
AblitAI provides metered access to open-weight models through an OpenAI-compatible interface. Model behavior, context limits, speed, and availability may change. Private-beta service is provided without a guaranteed service-level agreement.
Accounts and keys
You are responsible for securing your anonymous account number and API keys. Anyone possessing a valid key can consume its credits. AblitAI cannot recover a lost key or prove ownership from an account number alone.
Credits
Credits represent prepaid service usage, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Token measurements reported by the inference engine determine usage. We may correct demonstrable metering errors.
Permitted use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. Access to a less-restricted model does not authorize illegal conduct or harm to others.
Availability
We may pause service for maintenance, security, abuse response, provider failure, or legal requirements. Our liability and refund obligations remain subject to mandatory consumer law and the final jurisdiction-specific legal review.
